We’ve released a new self-serve checkout experience that allows enterprise customers to purchase additional AI credits whenever they need them. Admins can manage their credits at https://messari.io/account/api and purchase additional credits at https://messari.io/enterprise/add-ons.

AI credits can be used across Deep Research inside the Messari app, our Copilot Slack bot, and through the Messari AI API. Credit purchases are charged immediately by credit card at checkout and become available for use right away.

We’ve launched a new self-serve interface that allows enterprise customers on active subscriptions to add seats whenever they need them. Admins can manage their team at  https://messari.io/account/organization-seats and purchase new seats at https://messari.io/enterprise/add-seats. 

Each additional seat costs $1,200 annually. Additional seats are charged immediately by credit card at checkout, with pricing prorated for the remainder of your current term. Once purchased, the new seats are added to your subscription and will appear on future invoices.
